VINTAGE
Vintage 2016 saw abundant winter and spring rainfall, but little or no rain from November until mid-March resulting in good flavour concentration.
VITICULTURE / WINE MAKING NOTES
Harvested in the cool of night to retain vibrancy and freshness. Crushed, pressed and cold settled with care to preserve the fresh, herbaceous characters. A cool fermentation in stainless steel vats encouraged the development and preservation of the aromatics. Filtered and fined, before being bottled and stored under screw cap to capture and retain it’s freshness.
TASTING NOTES
Powerful and intense fruit flavours of passionfruit, guava and citrus combine beautifully with lovely balanced acidity. Bright, fresh, zesty and vibrant, this southern Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc has good mid palate fruit weight and lovely length. A well balanced wine with great intensity and depth of flavours.
Attractive citrus and tropical fruits work in harmony with the subtle oak infusion.
