Our Story

Chalice Bridge is the second largest single vineyard in the world-renowned wine region of Margaret River. The Chalice Bridge name comes from the bridge over the Upper Chapman Brook, which runs through the middle of the vineyard.

The vineyard was established two decades ago with current plantings now consisting of 29ha of Chardonnay, over 28ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, 12.5ha of Semillon, 18ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 7.5ha of Merlot.

Our quest for winemaking perfection, which ultimately leads to the Holy Grail, or in our case; The Chalice, is represented through the three tiers of wine we produce; The Estate, The Quest and ultimately (and only in select years) The Chalice.
